3D Printed mounting system for the Gilbert Engineering Rosa Grande. The mounts provide a frame structure behind the coro to increase strength and allow mounting to various surfaces and are made stronger than our normal mounts due to the added weight of the Rosa Grande. The mounts can be ordered to fit either 1/2″ EMT conduit or 3/4″ EMT conduit and are designed to be zip tied to the coro*. (3/4 EMT is recommended since the completed prop weighs approximately 30lbs) The conduit can then be secured to the mounts using sheet metal screws to create a strong and rigid structure. The center junction is made using either a 1/2″ or 3/4″ PVC cross (depending on conduit size used) which allows the smaller EMT conduit to pass through utilizing the included EMT to PVC bushings. Colors may vary, typically they are white or black. If you have a specific color request for white or black please include a note indicating your preference with your order, but keep in mind that it may increase processing time for in-stock items. * We make every effort to utilize the precut zip tie holes on the prop whenever possible, unfortunately the zip tie holes in the most recent update to the Rosa Grande are not located where it makes sense to place a mount. However it’s easy to make holes in the coro using the mounts as templates. See the video in the link below for more info.

All of our 3D printed parts use PETG filament which provides good flexibility and resistance to UV exposure when used seasonally.
