Earlier this week bots were attempting thousands of unauthorized purchases on our website and we had to disable the payment portal while additional security measures are implemented to make sure that only real people can place orders.
In the interim we have alternate procedures one can take to place an order. While admittedly it is a bit cumbersome, it is a way to get an order processed while normal payment methods are down. If you don’t want to deal with the extra steps, you can simply wait a few days and everything should be back up and running normally.
Step 1: Add your cart with the desired products and then head to the checkout page. Note the complete order total, including any shipping or taxes and then send an email to inspirelightshows@gmail.com with your name and the total cost of the order.
Step 2: We will send you an invoice from PayPal that contains a payment link for the order total you provided.
Step 3: Once payment is received we will email you a coupon code valid for the amount paid.
Step 4: Resume the checkout process on the website and enter the coupon code. This will make the website purchase $0 and the transaction will go through. Just be sure to use the same email address in the checkout as you used when emailing about the order total.
