3D Printed mounting system for the Gilbert Engineering Modular Matrix Panels. These mounts are sold a la carte and can be combined in various combinations to fit matrix panels of different sizes. There are 5 different mount types all sized to fit 1/2″ EMT conduit. At the various junction points where the EMT comes together you can connect the sections of EMT utilizing 1/2″ PVC fittings and our EMT to PVC bushings. Since there are endless combinations that can be used which effects how many bushings would be utilized, the bushings must be purchased separately for this mount. See below for a larger image of the various mounts which shows the locations where they are designed to fit. Colors may vary, typically they are white or black. If you have a specific color request for white or black please include a note indicating your preference with your order, but keep in mind that it may increase processing time for in-stock items. Includes 3D printed parts only.

As with all our designs, we strive to utilize the precut zip tie hole locations for our mounts. However, these pre-made holes don’t always align perfectly for optimal mount placement, which means you may need to create additional holes in the coro to secure the mounts with zip ties.

Our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders, including made to order items, ship within 3 to 5 business days, and many ship even sooner. All of our 3D printed parts use PETG filament which provides good flexibility and resistance to UV exposure when used seasonally.
