3D Printed mounting system for the Gilbert Engineering Rosa Grande. The mounts provide a frame structure behind the coro to increase strength and allow mounting to various surfaces and are designed to be zip tied to the coro. Two versions of the Rosa Grande are available to choose from, the 46″ Grande and the 6′ XL. The STL download for the 46″ Grande size includes all files needed to print the mounts to fit either 1/2″ EMT conduit or 3/4″ EMT conduit. (3/4 EMT is recommended since the completed prop weighs approximately 30lbs) The STL download for the 6′ XL version is only sized for 3/4″ EMT. The conduit can then be secured to the mounts using sheet metal screws to create a strong and rigid structure.

* We make every effort to utilize the precut zip tie holes on the prop whenever possible, unfortunately the zip tie holes in the most recent update to the Rosa Grande are not located where it makes sense to place a mount. However it’s easy to make holes in the coro using the mounts as templates. See the video in the link below for more info.
