PPD GeoWreath Mount 20mm STL

3D Printed mounting system for the 46.5″ Boscoyo Studios PPD GeoWreath. The mounts provide a frame structure behind the coro to increase strength and allow mounting to various surfaces and are sized for 20mm conduit. They are designed to be zip tied to the coro and a 25mm PVC cross is utilized at the center junction to connect the perpendicular sections.

The orientation shown of the PPD Wreath in these renderings is correct and matches the xLights model and the original concept from PPD. The orientation shown in the pics on the Boscoyo website is incorrect and when making the slit on the prop for shipping, they are slitting across a valley and not along the outer peaks of the prop. The result is that the slit is 11.25 degrees off from the horizontal axis of the prop where the mounts are correctly located and the outer mounts do not pass over the slit. We have designed a pair of backer plates that will reinforce the slit which adds strength and rigidity back into the prop. The file for these backer plates is included with the STL purchase.
