This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the mounting system designed specifically for the Gilbert Engineering Kings Ransom 46″ prop. The brackets are designed to be zip-tied directly to the coro and sized for 20mm conduit, which slides through the mounts to form the frame. At the center junction, a 25mm PVC cross can be used to connect the perpendicular conduit sections using the included bushings file to adapt for the smaller conduit size, creating a secure structure. Once the conduit is in place, it is fastened to the mounts with screws, locking everything together to form a strong, rigid frame behind the prop. This setup provides excellent stability for mounting to various surfaces and is especially useful for reinforcing props that have been split for shipping. More information below.

The model for the Kings Ransom is designed so that the crowns are located at the 4 cardinal points, however the existing zip tie holes are only located on the points between the crowns. Since keeping the orientation correct per the xLights model is most important; the mounts are designed to reflect that orientation and as such you will have to make your own zip tie holes in the prop for the mounts. The menu you selected is for STL files which are digital product downloads and not physical 3D printed parts. These are for printing on your own personal 3D printer only. If you are shopping for the ready made 3D printed parts then you should remove any STL files from your cart and select the products from the “3D Printed Designs” menu on the website.
