As with all our designs, we strive to utilize the precut zip tie hole locations for our mounts. However, these pre-made holes don’t always align perfectly for optimal mount placement, which means you may need to create additional holes in the coro to secure the mounts with zip ties.

ChromaStar 36 Mount 20mm STL

This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the mounting system designed specifically for the Boscoyo Studios ChromaStar 36. These mounts add strength and provide a more solid mounting point when attaching the ChromaStar 36 to a mega tree topper. The mounts are designed for 20mm conduit and utilize a 25mm PVC cross at the center junction to connect the perpendicular sections, with the included bushings file allowing the conduit to slide through. Alternatively, you can use a 180 Degree Structural Pipe Connector from Maker Pipe at the center junction.
The vertical section of conduit rests on top of the stock Boscoyo center support clamps, aligning with the height of the mounts. Due to the close proximity of the center junction to the coro support clamps, you will need to trim away some material from the clamps to provide additional clearance at the center junction.
