3D Printed mounting system for the Gilbert Engineering Flake 400. The mounts provide a frame structure behind the coro to increase strength and allow mounting to various surfaces. The mounts are zip tied to the coro and are designed for 1/2″ EMT conduit. The center junction is made using a 3D printed 6 spoke hub that allows one of the EMT sections to pass completely through. The center mount is designed to sit on top of the reinforcing backer plate that strengthens the prop where it’s slit for shipping. If you happen to have a single piece Flake 400 without a backer plate, please contact us before ordering. Colors may vary, typically they are white or black. If you have a specific color request for white or black please include a note indicating your preference with your order, but keep in mind that it may increase processing time for in-stock items. As with all our designs, we strive to utilize the precut zip tie hole locations for our mounts. However, these pre-made holes don’t always align perfectly for optimal mount placement, which means you may need to create additional holes in the coro to secure the mounts with zip ties.

Our goal is to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Most orders, including made to order items, ship within 3 to 5 business days, and many ship even sooner. If we anticipate processing times exceeding this, the most up-to-date estimated processing times will be displayed in a banner at the top of the website.

All of our 3D printed parts use PETG filament which provides good flexibility and resistance to UV exposure when used seasonally.
