As with all our designs, we strive to utilize the precut zip tie hole locations for our mounts. On the Jolly Jingles Snowflake Wreath there are very few zip tie holes that are positioned where the mounts need to be located. We use one pair of holes on the outer mounts, but you will need to make additional holes in the coro for the remainder of the zip ties.

This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the mounting system designed specifically for the 45″ EFL Jolly Jingles Snowflake Wreath. The brackets are designed to be zip-tied directly to the coro and sized for 1/2″ EMT conduit, which slides through the mounts to form the frame. At the center junction, you can either use a 1/2″ PVC cross with the included bushings file to connect the perpendicular conduit sections, or use a 180 Degree Structural Pipe Connector from Maker Pipe. Once the conduit is in place, it is fastened to the mounts with screws, locking everything together to create a strong, rigid structure behind the prop. This setup provides excellent stability for mounting to various surfaces and is especially useful for reinforcing props that have been split for shipping.
