UPS generally offers faster and more consistent delivery than USPS, although actual transit times vary by destination and service selected. UPS Ground generally takes 1–5 business days and tends to provide more consistent tracking and delivery times. USPS Priority Mail typically provides 1–3 business day delivery, while USPS Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days.
Please also be aware that extended delays are more common with USPS Ground Advantage. If you choose a USPS service and your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we must follow USPS’s claim process before sending a replacement. USPS does not allow us to file a claim for a missing package until 15 days after it was mailed, so replacement items will not be sent until that 15-day period has passed.
