Rosa Wreath 46 Mount 20mm STL

3D Printed mounting system for the Gilbert Engineering Rosa Wreath 46″. The mounts provide a frame structure behind the coro to increase strength and allow mounting to various surfaces as well as provide rigidity to the prop after it has been slit in half for shipping. The STL files contain versions made for 20mm conduit that allows for a 25mm PVC cross to be used for the center junction utilizing the included bushings file. This STL is for the more common newer version of the Rosa Wreath with the approximate 90mm center opening. The older version has a much bigger center opening that requires a separate design.

Note: Some of the pixel holes on for the outer mounts are slightly out of symmetry to the centerline of the prop. In order to optimize the fit of the mounts, we utilize the average hole location along with a slightly elliptical hole shape on these mounts. As a result some of the holes on the prop may not be perfectly centered with the holes on the mount.
