Slimline PVC v3 Magnetic Clip STL

This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the Slimline v3 Magnetic Clip for mounting 1/2″ PVC, 3/4″ PVC, or 1/2″ EMT conduit to metal surfaces using a 1.26″ disc magnet. All three versions are included with the download, allowing you to select the clip designed for the conduit size you need. The magnet installs into the back of the clip, allowing for quick and easy installation and removal of PVC or EMT runs.

The clip is designed for light duty applications, such as installing PVC or EMT sections with pixels attached used in various house outlines. The PVC or EMT extends approximately 1 1/8″ from the base of the clip to provide clearance for pixel wiring, making it ideal for installations where the pixels will be facing directly outward. The overall length of the clip is approximately 1.25″ and it is compatible with pixels spaced 2″ or greater apart.

Important: When purchasing magnets, not all 1.26″ diameter disc magnets have the same dimensions. To ensure a proper fit, you must use the specific magnet we recommend. The correct magnet to select is the 1.26″ diameter, 100 lb version. Other variations of 1.26″ magnets, even those with similar load ratings, may have slightly different dimensions and may not fit properly. Click here for the recommended magnet.
