Showstopper Wreath Mount STL

This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the mounting system designed specifically for the EFL Showstopper Wreath. The brackets are designed to be zip-tied directly to the coro and can be printed to fit either 1/2″ or 3/4″ EMT conduit, with both sizes included in the download. The conduit slides through the mounts to form the frame, and at the center junction a corresponding 1/2″ or 3/4″ PVC cross is used to connect the perpendicular conduit sections, using the included bushings file to adapt for EMT’s slightly smaller diameter. Once the conduit is in place, it is fastened to the mounts with screws, locking everything together to create a strong, rigid structure behind the prop. This setup provides excellent stability for mounting to various surfaces and is especially useful for reinforcing props that have been split for shipping.

Renderings with the blue mounts are the 46″ version and renderings with the green mounts are the 36″ version.

As with all our designs, we strive to utilize the precut zip tie hole locations for our mounts. On the Showstopper Wreath many of the zip tie hole locations are used, but you will need to make additional holes for the zip ties.
