Holiday Coro Flex Expansion Board Mount to Meanwell LRS

$12.95

This mount is designed to securely attach a Holiday Coro Flex Expansion Board Controller or 16 port Differential Smart Receiver to either a Meanwell LRS 350 or 600 power supply. It also features dimples that can be drilled out to accommodate a variety of generic 350W power supplies, offering additional flexibility. Equipped with our pre-installed press-fit standoffs, the mount simplifies installation by eliminating the need to manually position and align standoffs only to have them slip during board installation. The mount attaches to the side of the power supply using four M4 x 8mm screws. For attaching the board to the mount, it differs depending on whether you have the full controller or just the receiver. The receiver is the easiest and simply requires the use of 6-32 x 1/2″ screws. For securing the controller, there are two options to choose from. Option 1 – Utilize the stock Holiday Coro standoffs to attach the CPU to the SPI and screw them in from the underside of the mount. Utilizing this method will require longer screws than what comes stock, so you would would need six M3 x 16mm screws. Option 2 – Use the 3D printed standoffs that come with this mount (pictured above) and screw from the top down. This method requires four 6-32 x 2″ screws and two 6-32 x 1/2″ screws. It is fully compatible with our Ammo Box Mounting System v3. Includes only 3D printed parts; hardware and electronics are not included. Colors may vary, although black is most common. If you have a specific color request for black or white please include a note indicating your preference with your order, but keep in mind that it may increase processing time for in-stock items.

3D printing parts is a slow process and we have a whole print farm running 24/7 to fulfill orders and build stock of the more popular items. If you order a product that shows “made to order” we will move it directly to the print queue where it will be printed as soon as possible. While normal processing times for most orders with made to order items is less than a week, it can fluctuate. Very large orders can also experience longer than normal processing times as well because of the high number of hours it takes to produce lots of parts. If processing times are expected to be longer than two weeks before shipping, there will be a banner at the top of the website indicating the expected wait times. See the FAQ page for more info.

All of our 3D printed parts use PETG filament which provides good flexibility and resistance to UV exposure when used seasonally.
