PVC Arch Bases STL

These PVC Arch Bases are designed for 1/2″ PVC pipe and can to be used as a frame for holding up a variety of coro or HDPE arches. The horizontal brace can be made with 1/2″ PVC or 1/2″ EMT for a more rigid frame by utilizing the included bushings file. The perpendicular support legs transfer stress from arch movement over a larger area which makes the mounting flexible and strong. U shaped landscape stakes can then be inserted over the PVC legs to hold the arch securely in place. Recommended length for the support legs is about 12 inches. Be mindful that fan style arches as well as the multiple pixel layer coro arches have significant surface area and act like sails in strong winds which could cause the PVC or the arch bases to fail in high wind conditions if not further supported by additional bracing and / or guy wires.
