Fireworks Prop Pixel Mounts STL

Pixel fireworks are a cool prop that adds another vertical element to displays. Essentially it’s a like a large garden trellis that is fitted with pixels. Historically the pixels were zip tied to the frame, but this becomes a tedious and time consuming process to build. The Firework Prop Pixel Mounts were born from the need to find a better mousetrap and a simple way to attach pixels to the frame. The mounts are designed to work with 5/8″ x 1 3/8″ redwood sticks that are available in 10′ lengths from Lowes. (Link below) They are secured with a single 1/2″ panhead sheet metal screw and the pixels simply snap into place and are held securely by friction. A channel underneath the pixel allows the wire to tuck neatly out of the way for a clean installation. Included is a spacer that ensures uniform spacing between all the pixels that is optimized for 50 pixels per each 10′ section.
